Bonjour,

Depuis peu j'ai le message d'erruer Votre processeur graphique est incompatible

Message d'erreur lors du démarrage de Photoshop.

-> Niveau de fonctionnalité Direct X 11.0 disponible, niveau de fonctionnalité 12.0 requis.

En lançant DXDIAG, j'ai bien une version DirectX 12. Ceci étant le message d'erreur persiste. Comment procéder? Sachant que le message d'erreur bloque l'utilisation de Photoshop ensuite.

@informatiquec69552738 what exact GPU do you have in your system, have you checked the display tab in dxdiag to see what DirectX feature level your GPU supports

@informatiquec69552738 the Geforce GT 730 only have a feature level of 11, Photoshop requires a GPU with a feature level of 12 and above

The answer is given above, if you have the same issue. Photoshop now requires a GPU that supports DirectX feature level 12. Some older GPUs only support Direct X feature level 11 and these are not capable of supporting the GPU functions now called on by Photoshop.
