Hi

You haven't mentioned what version of Photoshop you're using, but if it's version 23.4, Adobe recommends reverting back to version 23.3.2

Does this happen on all images you open in Photoshop?

Does it also happen when you make a new document?

Actually, an update: you should try updating to the fix for what appears to be the issue:

If that doesn't fly, try disabling GPU in preferences; any better?
