Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. From what I understand, your Photoshop is on version 24. What is your Bridge version?

Did you try any troubleshooting steps so far?

First, quit Bridge (if open). Then, when launching Bridge, press Command-Option (Mac)/Control-Alt (Win) + Shift to choose "Reset Preferences," Purge Entire Thumbnail Cache," and/or Reset Standard Workspaces." In your case, choose "Reset Preferences."

If that doesn't work, uninstall both Bridge and Photoshop, then reinstall Bridge first and then Photoshop in that order.

Let us know if it helps.

Thanks,

Ranjisha

Have you got both applications on the same version?
