Inconsistent Effects between work stations

1. App Version 23.1.1
2. Adobe Creative Cloud - Windows 10 64
3. The issue is inconsistent. I recreate the texture on certain devices and it does not behave as intended, even though it works perfectly on some machines.
4. Some Layer Effects do not show up or work correctly when applied.
5. Photoshop randomly switches to Grayscale mode from the color modes.

Are you viewing at 100% in all cases? 100% is the only accurate view for Layer Effects/Styles.
