Inconsistent shortcuts for changing brush size in "Liquify"

* In Main Window: Ctrl+Alt+Right mouse: changes brush size

* In Liquify: It's Alt+Shift+Right Mouse.
Why?

For me on windows 10 with photoshop 23.4.2, Alt + right click and drag left or right changes the brush size

in both Liquify and the main photoshop interface.
