Info panel X&Y different values to the tool bar.

Hi community.

Im a bit confused with the values of the X & Y locations which appear to have different values where the shape is positioned. Why are there 2 different values which appear, and which one is the correct absolute X & Y values (position) of the shape?

Your proxy shows that you are showing the X and Y for the center of the object. When you click the upper left anchor point do the numbers match?

Yes when I click the upper left anchor point they do match. 

its just the info panel which the numbers I couldnt understand, thanks for your reply,
