Hi i am trying to make a instagram profile picture and i don't know what widith and height and resolution to use i have looked arount the internet and nothing really helps i am trying to make it look high quality on my pohne and desktop do i use 8 bit rgb color

Yes, use 8-bit per channel RGB color. When exporting an image, you can check the option to Convert to sRGB and Embed Color Profile.

I found information that 320x320px is good for Instagram.
