Precisei formatar a minha máquina e não estou conseguindo instalar o photoshop novamente. Minha máquina é um imac 2010.

Use Adobe Creative Cloud to install. Of course, if you formatted and you don't have that, you'll have to log into your account on the web and download that first.

My 2009 27-inch iMac still runs great!  And for its time, it was a great Photoshop workstation.

 

The 2010 iMac will run macOS Mountain Lion 10.8.5 to macOS High Sierra 10.13.6.   If you have the stand-alone installer and your serial number for an older Photoshop (like CS6 for example), it may install but probably will not activate.  So, unfortunately, a 2010 iMac is too old.

 

The current version of Photoshop will run from macOS Catalina 10.15.7 and up, so you'll need to get a newer iMac if you decide to use the current version.  A pre-owned or "renewed" one is fine, but the newer the better.  This Macworld article provides a list of which Apple computers can run which versions of macOS: https://www.macworld.com/article/673697/what-version-of-macos-can-my-mac-run.html
