Install error

 Hi, I had a bug issues when I try to install photoshop. I had installed it before and I uninstall it. Then I put it back and when I try to install it in creative cloud it goes to 1% and after there is a message error. Last thing to know, I uninstall it with the app so I think there is no problem for that and It's for mac. How can I fix it please?

Have you tried reinstalling Creative Cloud desktop app and then reinstalling Photoshop?
