Install failure

I am trying to install the latest version on my new macbook air.  LR installed with no issue but photoshop keeps failing.   Any idea on why it does not want to install?

Thanks for reaching out. Strangely, you are seeing this installation issue with Photoshop. 

Since when are you getting this error? How are you installing it?

Please try the steps mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/fix-error-183.html.

I did attempt what the KB suggested and it failed again.
