I need a help. As I cannot install Photoshop Oct 2022 version (v24), there is info of "No Compatible" - Windows 10. My current Windows 10 version is 2004 and meet the request.

Uninstall the latest Windows Updates and try again. This appears to be an issue with the W2H22 feature update.
