Install Photoshop on 2 different OS

Hello Folks. 
I have a questions that i want to ask. I have 2 computers a Dekstop PC and a Laptop PC. In the meantime, I've a plan to switch from a regular windows laptop to a macbook

My question are:
1.) Can I Install Photoshop in the  2nd Device with a different Operating System? 
2.) is it has an effect on my subscription billing ?

@arlenchan14 your subscription allows you to install on both the MAC and Windows at the same time, but only use it on one device at a time
