Installed apps in Mac aren't recognized in Creative Cloud as "installed"

Frequently, my CC doesnt' registers I've already downloaded some apps, therefore, I cannot update them (as they appear in CC available for installing) This happens mainly with Photoshop and Illustrator.
I can't even uninstall an app because "they aren't installed" when they actually are. And this causes hardware problems, the most persistent one being the computer overheathing.
The only effective solution is uninstalling the whole CC desk app, erase any remains and install it again (including all the apps I use, obviously).

What can I do to stop this from happening? It's becoming very annoying not being able to update the apps as it should be.

Hi @default30503227p3x9d5 Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.
