Instant crash - Photoshop - Windows 11

Hello, 

I updated my laptop last night to windows 11 - i have tried to open photoshop today to work and as soon as i do i am getting the message -

Sorry an error occured, adobe photoshop has encountered a problem and needs to close. 

has anyone had this issue and got a fix?

Using Photoshop2022 - windows 11 - no a memory issue or scratch disk had IT check recently - all seems to be since updating to Windows 11

I have done this and i have also deleted an re-installed photoshop - its still not working

Try using the Adobe Cleaner Tool

I had to get IT on my laptop = they reverted me to Windows 10 and re-installed photoshop, not sure what was wrong but some part wasnt happy - photoshop is my job so i couldnt be without it,

Is there a fix for this on Windows 11?
