Intel Celeron UHD Graphics 610 not recognised by Photoshop

I thought when I first built this computer the UHD Graphics 610 was working. I'm sure it was. Now Ps says it doesn't recognise the GPU.

Anybody had this experience? Spending £500 on an RX 580 doesn't make much sense right now.

What version of Photoshop are you using Adobe changed Photoshop GPU support in version 2021, also upped the GPU requirements and stopped supporting some older GPU that were supported in prior Photoshop versions.

LATEST

Hello JJ,

I'm using the latest version of Ps. I had an old computer that wouldn't run the latest Ps last year. I built a new one on Christmas Day and am pretty sure it was working with Intel Celeron 5900. It's not the fastest, but it's a current CPU. I was using an old version of Ps on my old computer after that change you mentioned. I guess they changed it again in a relatively new upgrade.

I was wondering if anyone else had this problem.

I guess I cold roll back to earlier versions of Ps and see if it works.

As I said, you can't even get a decent GPU for a reasonable price now.
