Hello! I recenty had my harddrive crash on my computer resulting in a reboot of the system and now I have to reinstall my photoshop cs6 software. It was purchased brand new several years ago and I have had to reinstall in the past when my old computer died completely but now I am being told I have an invalid redemption code. How can I go about resolving this issue so I can have the software installed once again? I already did a live chat with no resolve. Thank you for any help in advance.
Photoshop CS6 has not been sold by Adobe for some years, did you register CS6 with your Adobe account, you need a serial number to install it, a redemption code can only be used once.
Are you sure it's not Photoshop Elements 6 you're referring to.
