Is it okay to use Photoshop Kyle Brush commercially?

I am subscribing to Adobe Creator Plan with a college student discount. While looking for Photoshop brushes, I downloaded the Kyle brushes distributed on Adobe's official site. Is it okay to use the picture I drew using this brush commercially? I think there will be a problem later (I wonder if both Photoshop and Adobe Presco can use the Kyle brush for commercial use).

Not a lawyer but you should be ok. The artwork you created is yours. The tools are not copyrighted.

The artwork created with the brush (or any other tool) is yours. What you can't do is pass on the brush to someone else.
