Is it possible to fix this pixelated text ?

I am checking car dimensions and find this low resolution image. 

Is there any way I can make this text readable ? 

I don't need to use this image, just need to see dimensions text. 

I already try this below instruction but it does not work for this case.

Is this the same view of the same vehicle?  The size type was a bit thin, so you can firm it up by copying the layer and setting to Multiply.  Then Smart Sharpen, but you can only do so much.  The version below appears to be available in different formats for 20 Euros.  Would it be worth paying?

Thank you very much. Result you show is exactly what I am looking for !
I don't really need to purchase this file. I just need to read dimensions in order to calculate this truck load capacity. 

Below is drawing based on info I got from the drawing.  

BTW,  What I am would like to learn is how to improve text readability in PS.

How can you get a lot sharper text ?   When I try smart sharpen I cannot get the same result you show.
