Is it possible to reduce glare on eyeglasses

You can see the glare from a reflection of a window behind the photographer (me) in the right eyeglass of one of my subjects glasses. Is it possible to remove or tone down the glare?

Thank you. I did search the community first prior to posting but nothing relevant came up until after I posted then several tips appeared! In any case I saw how to use Generative AI 🙂
