Is it safe/okay to post my PSD files online?

I know honestly nothing about how the metadata and such for these sorts of things works, so I was wondering if it were okay for me to post some of my PSD files onto the internet for others to download and edit themselves. Would there be any harm in that, or do I have to make sure to do a certain step so something isn't left behind. Or is it just not safe at all? Thanks for reading.

Well if the metadata contains personal info, you may want to remove it. As far as I know, no harm in it a long as it's your work. I'm sure others here have better ideas. Normally a public Dropbox where you share the download link for a select group.
