Is Photoshop 24.7.0 now a beta?

Adobe, what are you doing. Photoshop 2023 is getting difficult to use. A lot of the toolbar functions no longer work. The 2023 Photoshop is becoming a beta version.

This is primarily a user Forum, so you are not talking to Adobe (unless you post a Feature Request (»Idea«) or Bug Report).
