Is there a place to leave Generative Fill feedback?

So I have an image.. it's a manual of an old arcade game, that's super rare. I thought I'd do some cleanup work in Photoshop of the image before I try to vector it. I circled a piece of background that had nothing offensive.. pretty much some background with a water or some stain. I used generative fill. For example on some spots, such as a drawing of a cloud it's perfect. On another spot where there's nothing offensive or sometimes nothing at all but a line it says it can't do it because it violates guidelines or something.

Any place I can leave feedback on it?
