Is there a remove pixel grid on IPad?

Are you referring to the pixel grid when you zoom way in past 100% like in this screen shot?

I'm sorry, I have never used the iPad version, but it seems reasonable that if there is method of turning it off, it would be similar to the PC and Mac versions.  Does the iPad have the same menus?
