Is there a way to install Photoshop 2020 via Creative Cloud?

Hi, I recently got a new desktop and installed Creative Cloud & Photoshop.

Sadly, for some whatever reason, any Photoshop versions after 2020 don't work on my desktops (both on old and new desktops).

Not here to solve that problem since everything works fine on Photoshop 2020.

The thing is, right now, the oldest version I can see via CC is Photoshop(22.2), while my works-just-fine version is Photoshop(21.0.3).  (* ver. 22.2 has the same problem as well)

Is there a way I can download and install ver. 21.0.3?

I copied and pasted the whole "Photoshop 2020" folder from my old desktop to the new one, and it works for now, but it'd be better to know an official way to install the older versions.

Thank you for your time, have a lovely day and weekend.

@soocheolc13158380 you'll need to contact Adobe support to request a link to download version 2020, not sure they'll be able to provide the exact version you want.

You will need to be on a browser that allows popups and cookies or the icon won't show.

Maybe if you provided a detailed description of the issues you have with the most recent versions we may be able to help, your computer system specs would be helpful too.

"I copied and pasted the whole "Photoshop 2020" folder from my old desktop to the new one" I'm surprised you actually got that to work.

Thank you for the reply! I'll contact chat support.

I'm having a problem with the hand tool like this one(from 00:20)

All my drivers and Wacom station are up to date, and my computer specs are:

 - CPU: i5-13600

 - RAM: 32GB

 - GPU: Geforce RTX 4090

I tried resetting my Photoshop preferences after reading this post, but it didn't work for me.

Thank you!
