Hello, Recently i swapped to a newer computer from Windows 8 to windows 11, When using photoshop on the old computer i used to be able to use Ctrl + Space + Click and drag to select an area to zoom in on but on my new computer it doesn't do that anymore.
Is there a way to get this back?

I think you can change the shortcut in settings by steps described here https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/customizing-keyboard-shortcuts.html

It may be that instead of getting the "marching ants" while you draw a selection marquee of the area to zoom in to, your seeing the Scrubby Zoom?
