I've got a look for a picture I want to be able to replicate, mainly consisting of smart filters (as the photos are smart objects). Is there a way to save the setup as a preset, so I can one-click apply it, or do I have to recreate it every time all over?

Record them as an action. Then just hit play when you want them to run.
