Is there any way to convert my Window to Mac?

I have a window licence but i have a mac pc. Is there anything I can do instead of buying a new licence.

p.s. The licence is supplied buy my company and they don't give mac versions.

What version? All Creative Cloud versions are cross-platform.

You are allowed two CC activations, so you can even have one Windows and the other Mac.  If you have CS6 or earlier, then you are out of luck.  There is no way to swap platform with pre-Creative Cloud versions now.
