Issue with brushes and changing colors

Hello,

I have an issue with Photoshop and Wacom tablet and macro "Alt + RighClick" on a button :
If I draw a stroke and zoom in / out, everything is OK.
Next, I change the color of the brush, and after the hardness/size, my brush stroke is shaky. To come back to a "normal state", I have to do an Alt+Tab (go out PS, go in PS). 
The issue is coming only if I change the colors and right after I use the macro from my pen. As shown in th next videos.

I have the same behavior on two different configs : 
i7-7700k + win10 + wacom intuos 4
i9-12900kf + win11 + wacom intuos 5

What specific version of Photoshop and Wacom drivers are you running?

Everything at the latest.
Photoshop 24.1.0
Wacom 6.4.0-11

If I use windows ink, the strokes works as intended, even if I change colors.
But I can't do right click with a pen button on a Layer for example. In desktop or other software, right-click works, in photoshop, it doesn't. So I stay with disabled windows ink and PSUserconfig and right click is fine.
PSUserconfig and Windows Ink disable : shaky line after changing color and size/hardness.
Windows Ink enabled (without PSUserconfig) : can't do a right click on a Layer.
