Issue with File Version Sync Between iPad and Browser

I’m experiencing an issue where the file version I created on my iPad using Adobe Photoshop is not updating correctly when I try to download it from the browser using the same email. This results in using an outdated version of the file. Please assist in resolving this synchronization problem.

Hi!

It sounds like you are trying to update your version of Photoshop on your iPad, and it is not updating -- is that correct? What IOS/iPad are you using? What version of Photoshop do you currently have and what version of Photoshop are you trying to download?

Hello! I know I'm late. I was traveling.

There was an update that I didn't notice on my iPad , but after I updated it didn't sync, 72h later it synced by it self.

And I missed like 4 days of Live 2D free trial 🥲.
