I have Ps app installed. When I tried to open Ps file I got this dialog box. But I cannot see any PSD extension. How to fix it?

Click on "choose an app on your PC" , navigate to and select the Photoshop.exe app, select the "always" (open with) button so that Windows does not see it as a one-time request.
