Issues verifing subscription while offline

Is there a way to have photoshop only check if your subscription is valid on the date your payment is due? I can't use my Photoshop cc while off line because it won't verify my subscription but If I paid for the month I don't know why it looks everytime to where I have to be online to use it.

It might be worth uninstalling Photoshop and reinstalling it again.
