Issues with Photoshop versions 24.3 and 24.4

As with version 24.3, I can't open my jobs, the desktop is flickering. I had to uninstall and go back to version 24.2 Can you tell me why this happens? Is there anything I must do to be able to use the new versions?

@Leabhar Books go to Edit > Preferences > Technology Previews and enable this option, then restart Photoshop
