It can't work to open ARW in Photoshop CS6

Hi there, I have a question need for help

I want to open the ARW picture in Phototshop CS6,and my computer system is window 7

I try to find the anwser, know that Adobe has Camera Raw can be to plug-in, but it didn't work that  I donwload 10.5 ﹑ 12.4 two versons and open.

If you know this anwser, please tell me how to do ,thanks !

ps. In my computer Photoshop,Camera Raw plug-in ver now is 7.0.0.308 
      and the picture was shot with a sony camera NEX-5R

NEX-5R was supported from ACR version 7.1.

The latest ACR version that will run in CS6 is 9.1, so you may as well update to that. Later versions won't install or run in CS6.
