its been months and photoshop still crashes

i already bought new GPU because i thought the crashing issues will be solved if i put a dedicated GPU for photoshop. but still, it crashes!!i tried the free trial version first and it crashes after a few seconds. same goes with indesign. i dont wanna buy a plan with a trashy program.

Are you sure it's the GPU causing these crashes?

What OS do you use and what are your overall PC specs?
