J'ai besoin d'aide.

Je n'arrive pas depuis 3 semaines à utiliser mes app Pr & Ps, et vous avez en PJ le message qui s'affiche.

Ce pendant, j'arrive à utiliser Ai, Au, Me... et bien d'autres. 

Que faire ?

I would try uninstalling your Adobe applications and reinstalling clean versions using the CC Cleaner Tool and Desktop application:
