je ne peux pas changer mes couleurs ou ma photo s'ouvre en noir et blanc

Bonjour, 

Depuis quelques semaines quand j'ouvre mes photos/images elles sont en noir et blanc, et si ce n'est pas le cas dans tous les cas je ne peux pas changer la couleurs. 

 

Est il possible d'avoir la marche à suivre pour reussir retravailler mes photos ?

What is your current Photoshop version?
Do all the imported image shows up in black and white?
