Keyboard Shortcuts removed

For as long as I can remember, I've been able to hold down the space bar to temporarily use the Hand tool. I've also been able to press Command Space bar to temporarily use the Zoom tool.

Both of those seem to be gone now, and I don't see a way to bring them back. Am I missing something?

Thanks for reaching out. Did it start happening after any update? What happens when you try to use the shortcuts? 

Have you tried any troubleshooting so far? 

You can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset_preferences.

Please backup your settings prior to resetting the preferences.

Thanks. I discovered the same thing was happening in Illustrator, so I figured it must be an OS level problem. Restarted, and the problem is gone. Thanks again for your help!

it doesnt work for me. No shortcuts working here. I need Help. Just bought the suite and photoshop isnt working as it should.

Thanks for reaching out. Which version of Photoshop have you downloaded? Are you not able to use any shortcuts? What is the issue that you see? We're here to help, just need some info.

Hello.
The last update. Im always updating. I've tried to downgrade, but same thing for me. The shortcuts just don't work even if i decide to create a new custom set of shortcuts.

The other software... Premiere, illustrator, after effects... all working just fine.
