Keys shortcut Bracket is delete one by one Layer

When I want to change size my brush,  I press bracket keys [ ]. And it change size my brush, but it also delete my layer one by one until one layer left. I use Ps2020 and I have check the keyboard on my laptop (Windows), it already English (United State). I can't find this problem anywhere, please help me (sorry if my English is bad).

Try resetting the Photoshop Preferences. They can be found in the Photoshop menu on a Mac and the Edit menu on Windows. Within the General tab is the button Reset Preferences On Quit. This is a great general purpose fix when Photoshop starts acting weird.

Make sure you have the lateest version (22.5.1 update) installed.
