Attempted to download more brushes (Get more Brushes) and I can't get past the "Sign in to download" even though I'm signed in.

I've had several remote tech support people attempt to help and they can sign in with their account and see the brushes.
I have a new cintiq pro 24 I'm running PScc on, and I've tried logging in on other computers to get more brushes and still the problem persists.
Can't figue this out.
I think its something on Adobe's end. I've downloaded the brushes in the past on other units. Can't figure this out.

Hi there – I am having the exact same problem again. Is the Adobe team aware and working on it? I've been checking back every day for the past 3 days and still the same issue – unable to get past the sign-in page and download the brushes.

5 years later...So how is that going? Working on that fix?...cause people are still having the same problem and cannot access the brushes they're essentially paying for.

you're so right. its still not working. im on chat with tech support. he's clueless. he keeps saying he needs to access my computer to fix the problem. haha, yes sure! Go ahead and get all my personal banking information and passwords. I keep telling him its an issue on adobe's end, but he keeps asking me for access to my computer. Problem still not fixed. Let me know if you have any luck. Im just glad I found your comment cuz i was going crazy. Funny how adobe has no problem raising prices, but doesnt bother fixing an issue they've had for 5 years.

Adobe Customer Care does not get all your personal banking information and passwords. When they access your computer to fix your issue, you are there too.
Make sure you are actually speaking to Adobe Customer Care, though. There is a spammer with an outlook.com email who sends PMs and pretends to be Adobe. Contact Adobe Customer Care directly: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
Type "agent"
If you find that the rep is "clueless" as you did, ask for a supervisor or Tier 2 support.

This is a year later and I had the same problem with Windows 10 and latest MS Edge (Version 85.0.564.51). Every time I tried to sign in, I was immediately bounced back to signing in.
Opened Google Chrome and --- VOILA!!! Everything worked flawlessly.

Hi I am also having this problem. Tried clearing cache/cookies from Chrome, no luck. Tried on Edge, when I click the sign in link on the webpage it initially tries going to the sign-in page but then automatically refresh-loops back to the "Sign in to download" Kyle brushes page. I have a seat on a business account, and have downloaded the brushes before on a different computer. I am signed out of that older computer. This has not been a problem before....
