Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, Brush Settings, …) visible? 

Have you tried turning off Smoothing?

Works better with Smoothing to 0%.

- But if I turn it off when making a circle fast or sometimes makes straight lines.

Word better if I change the Graphic Processor to Basic too.

 

And the end of the brush is like flickering when using the Graphic Processor.

Using with Intel HD 4600, the performance seams weird.

I think after I reset te settings is make it worse but to way to compare them to see if is true...
