Hi, for work ill be doing graphics / video editing (vids will likely be in 4k), the company got a Lenovo 11th Gen Intel(R) Core, Intel UHD graphics, NVIDIA T600 GPU. I'm a bit concerned this isn't going to be powerful enough, when looking at the premiere pro spec UHD wasn't on there. Can anyone advise? most likely wrong but id rather double check! Thanks!

You will have better luck if you ask this in the Premier Pro forum.

Will you be using Premiere Pro or Photoshop?  If Premier Pro, it operates differently to Photoshop.  It is multi-threaded and uses the video card differently.  There is a Premiere Pro Hardware forum where the real experts reside, but you could could look at the specs for NLE systems and base your choice on them.
