Lasso Tool select beyond Area Of Effect when ERASE

Hi, i am new here. 

Situation: If i use ANY MARQUEE to select a 100x100px square, and press [Supr] , it delete all the pixel inside the selected area. A pure 100x100px deleted area, nice.

BUT (there is a but)

Problem: If i use LASSO TOOL (or any in his category), when i press [Supr] or use Erase (brush or block or pencil) it always delete inside the selected area and delete between 2 or 4 pixel beyong limit.

Select 100x100px , press Supr-> Result: It erased 105x105px

Hoy can i do to make LASSO selections and avoid deleting far of selection area?

BTW: this is PS CS6 v13.0.1

I don't have CS6 but have you checked the Feather setting for the Lasso Tool, it may be set above 0
