Latest version overwrote previous actions, filters.

I went to update to Photoshop 24.5.0, and my current version was not appearing in my Apps list (even though it was installed and correctly running). I had to "install" again, which gave me 24.5.0, but all of my actions and filters (Topaz) are gone. My plugins are still there.

I am just repoerting the bug. I reinstalled my actions and my filters and it is running.
