Latest versions of Photoshop are slow during regular usage

Photoshop become slow even when using basic instruments like clone stamp. For some reason even enabled Rulers can slow down the performance significantly. There is a lag between instruments switch etc. Too many bags to report each of them seporately.

Adobe has to test its application prior release.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
