Having a major issue after upgrading to the most recent photoshop release.
When I move a layer, the visual data of the layer dissapears. It's still there and comes back if I continue to move the layer, sometimes having to Ctr-T change dimensions that sometimes makes the layers contents visible.
This seems like some kind of graphical bug.
Any thoughts on how to resolve as I'll need to revert back to an older edition.

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
Does turning on »Deactivate Native Canvas« (Photoshop > Preferences > Technology Previews) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
