how to show or enalble the transform on the selected layer 

in my photoshop there is no transform ,i mean the usual way to rezize the object is to drag it right, but in my photoshop is not appear , i hope you guys understand please help me out

In the Option Bar, try checking the "Show Transform Controls" box.

Or press Ctrl + T (Edit > Fre Transform) what is my way because I do not like to watch bounding box and handles on my screen when not using them.
