Lens Flare & Lighting Effects Greyed Out - May 2022

Any advice would be appreciated. 

So both Lens flare and Lighting Effects are greyed out. Have been for a while.

Are these two filters being abandoned / ended?

If you don't know the difference, then you probably shouldn't be in CMYK mode in the first place. How did the file get into CMYK?

Not sure, maybe it was the default setting, I'll be staying in RGB.

I'll check out the links and learn up.
