Hi,
I am trying to use my color libraries but I am getting a message that says :Sinething went wrong initializing Creative Cloud libraries". Can anyone please tell me now to correct this problem? Thanks in advance.

Hi Marg,
Thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble with Photoshop. We are here to help.
Could you please share the version of Photoshop along with the version of the operating system? Has this started to happen recently, or is this the first time you are using Libraries? Are you logged in correctly in the Creative Cloud app?
Please go to the Creative Cloud app, sign out & sign in again. This will kick start any pending updates to Creative Cloud and its components. If any update is pending for Photoshop, please do that too. Once your Creative Cloud and Photoshop are up to date, the error should go away.
If the steps mentioned above do not work, please follow the steps in this article to fix the error "Something went wrong initializing Creative Cloud Libraries."
To completely reinstall the Libraries plugin in Creative Cloud, please follow the steps on this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/libraries-panel-not-working.html
We hope this helps.
Thanks

Okay, I relaunched Creative Cloud and updated it and Photoshop. Still have the problem. I am using Windows 10 and now have the latest version of Photoshop. So can you please help me resolve this. I have not uninstalled the library because I didn't know if it would delete all my saved swatches or not. Can I delete the library and reload it and retain my current swatches?

Hi there,
Please log on to https://assets.adobe.com and go to 'Your Libraries' on the left to ensure all of your Libraries.
Once you have confirmed, you can re-install the libraries per the second article and let us know the results.
We hope this helps.
