Libraries panel not showing

I am using PS 25.3.1 (Windows 10) having just updated and my Libraries panel seems to have gone ie I click the Window tab and do not see the Libraries panel in the dropdown list. Is this a bug or am I missing something? Do I need to connect PS to the cloud and if so how?

I appear to have solved the problem by deleting preferences. I have to say that it is quite irritating to have to delete preferences every time I update PS as I have quite a few alterations from the default prefs.

That is weird. A panel shouldn't disappear on its own....  😉

I'm glad you got it working and hopefully you won't have to delete preferences anymore
