Library brushes are gone

Hello, the brushes are gone, only the default brushes are left, the version has not been updated, version 2020. How can I recover the added brushes?

good question, I don't know either haha, they were brushes I created.

Then I suspect this may be a learning experience … if one creates Brushes but doesn’t ever export them as an abr-file then they would be gone in case of preferences-mishaps. 

What is the change date of 

~/Library/Preferences/Adobe Photoshop 2022 Settings/Brushes.psp

?

Were the Brushes present in the Libraries Panel or only the Brushes Panel?
